REQUISITOS DE MATRÍCULA

Los requisitos de matrícula pueden variar según el grado o nivel.

  • 3 Fotos tamaño carnet. (Fondo azul o blanco)

  • 1 Folder azul plastificado.

  • 1 Fotocopia del registro civil.

  • Boletín año anterior.

  • Paz y salvo del colegio anterior.

  • Retiro del SIMAT colegio anterior.

  • Certificado de vacunas. 

  • Fotocopia cédula del acudiente.
